Sea Bound Marine The boatyard division of Essex Island Marina is operated as Sea Bound Marine, and is located in the middle of the Island. You will find that the boatyard is operated according to the same high quality standards that Guests experience at EIM. Our yard manager, Lenny Lindh, has an extensive background in hospitality and his Swedish heritage compliments his professional craftsmanship. He has been with our team for 25 years, and his office is located on the second floor of the recently constructed workshop and storage shed.
